Hi, Im Dante. Ive been playing this game since season 2 or 3. I know Lucian was the champion released closest to the time I started if that helps. I think I have close to 6,000 games on Summoners Rift, 1800 in Howling Abyss, and 30 in Twisted Treeline ;) League of Legends is my first MOBA type game. Halo Wars was where my taste for RTS developed, but thats a story for another time.

I absolutely love this game. I am a huge fan. I never watched people play video games professionally until I came here. The amount of strategy and teamwork made possible by the good people that play this game keep me coming back. So thats where I can say, to me, the single biggest let down of this game is not getting trolled, but the shroud of mystery as to what happens the the reported next....We never find out!!! I have spoken to a GM and it is in the TOC/EULA that actions taken after a report are private. So there is that.

During a short break from League of Legends, I stumbled upon a little gem of a game called Archeage. Im sure some of you have heard of it. I think someone said it from EU. Anyhow, you can tell its low funded but the devs did thier best. It does have redeeming qualities when you arent grinding or having fun with a true RNG-esus experience. I could tell it wasnt for me off the bat! But I gave it a month as League and I were seeing other people. One of the most fond memories of the game however, was their judiciary and report system.

So, in essence: When a player in Archeage racks up enough "points" (reports) they are brought to trial. Now from here they can plead guilty for the standard sentence or present a case before a jury so that they may: A) dismiss charges B) Choose a punishment the severity. Ive added a direct link to how they run their justice system. I know not ALL of which they can do can be extrapolated to League of Legends but I think its a great place to start. I can tell you that in the game, when found guilty, it hung with you. You would be surprised how many people where nice when they where help accountable for their actions. Why should League of Legends defend the offenders?

I propose that we make reports public. I propose that we bring the people that waste our time and cause us so much frustration, to trial. HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE! I have included a link and I would implore you to read it.
