Return Clarity to the Rift!!!

Since the removal of clarity and mana potions from Summoners Rift I have found the game far less interesting, and frankly more predictable. Aside from clarity giving essentially every mana reliant champion the opportunity to snowball early and the option to sustain longer before your first back, the removal of it has resulted in a dramatic drop of break the meta bot lane combinations, since the patch I have seen just 1 bot lane combo that wasn't a standard adc and support, clarity meant it was viable to play a duo apc lane bot, this opened up so many more possibilities in my opinion, I would love if for clarity to be revamped and brought back into play, although I do think it should be changed similar to heal, so your nearest ally gets 40% mana not every nearby ally. Just a thought 😭
