Devourer does not need a rework...

Personally I think Yi is fine, but you do have a bit of a point here.

Shyvana got a buff right before sated devourer was introduced, which is kinda weird. I guess people are playing her now the way Riot wants her to be played (building Attack speed rather than full tank), but she might be a bit overloaded atm. Also, warwick is currently the highest winrate jungler, followed by nidalee, kayle and Elise who all need to be looked at imo. Either that, or Runeglaive and devourer need a slight nerf (like Warrior received a slight nerf: 45 AD -> 40 AD) or warrior needs a slight buff/rework to compete with the new improved items.
