I feel like it'd be very possible for Yasuo
to be a good Jungler if he was able to use his ult on camps with a reduced cooldown on the ult after (Example: 20/10/5 or something.) Thoughts? Also either no or a way short duration on the passive after.

CrushforceX1 votesThis would be abused by ulting a champion as well as a camp, and I'd imagine it'd be hard to code in for something so niche, since they have a lot of things to code and other things need WAY more attention Just my opinion though
