I'm worried that my skills left me

Hey League Community! Lately, my skills have been deteriorating to a point that even I myself started to be a bit annoyed as I don't know what the cause is. Please I need help!

I'm not one to talk though as I just got demoted to silver 3. I mainly just want advice and support from better players on how to be consistent and recover my skills back.

I would also appreciate if someone from a higher elo would teach me macro skills or the game in general! (Discord:Tekip#5489)
