Should we get rid of the secondary role?
Big fan of League but I don't get this secondary role. I've designed a few games and know that games are about choice. I've spent many, many hours getting ready to play ranked as a jungle. My first season of ranked. TBH, I'm not that good at switching roles or champs. Just the way I'm wired. Why can't I just play jungle? If I go jungle support, guess what I get. I have no interest in a secondary role. From what I've read, I'll get 90% sup. My first game was sup then dodge then sup. How is that a choice? Now what I have to go practice sup for 40 hours? Or I do something like take jung / mid and hope I never get mid?

When I play any other pvp games, I get to choose my class/champion.

In LCS, the pros almost always specialize in a role. Crumbz plays jungle.

I quit playing wow because the developers got very disconnected from how the players played. For example, in wow it took years before there was any semblance of guild controls and dungeon match making. They also left tons of bugs in pvp. In league, there is this weird who can type fastest to get a role in normals. Now the ranked games the least favored role gets filled. From the riot posts, they don't seem to track how many times you get stuck into your secondary role. Like I could see if the systems goal was 80%. But my understanding is each queue is unique and will have the same outcome.
Anyway, here is a vote for getting rid of secondary roles and fixing the normal system.
