I cant figure it out .Where im missing something .

Hi guys. Im silver 4 right now ! Im not mad cuz of being in low elo. while climbing i understand lot of things like : farm is key to win lane not kills . Or Nice communicate is good for team (cuz no one will spam to each other and waste time on typing and getting bans from it ) Last year i was in silver 2 but i was the guy who always only talked in game , and tried to act cool . Even when i got banned i still didnt get it . Until i played with high elos . I learned lot of stuff. Like freezing line , making agro stop from minions , or poking enemy champ while he want to farm . Roam , help to team. buying items for countering their champs or CC skills (QSS , BORK, Zhonya and etc) . But i dont know what i need to really improve . thing that i know about me : My farm is still low if even im farming whole game . in 3 games of 5 i have 150 farm for 26-27 minutes . because i will get that focused for helping team i will stop farming and try to win my bot lane or top lane . If some one knows what im missing there is someting i can improve my self with , please tell me . im keep loosing my game . I never get tilted of loosing and its bad thing too , I try try rry so im losing more instead of stoping game . Once i tried to stop playing ranked if i lost 3 games . didnt helped . so its my request for High elo players . Please help me out . thank you for attention King regards cataclysm
