Why new champion always too strong???

I am wondering why the new champs or reworded champs are always too strong: like NeekoNeeko , ZoeZoe , SylasSylas and now MordMordekaiser . After they being released for sure they will be nerfed anyway. Why league officers cant just see the problem and nerf them in advance.

Suppose league is constantly making new champ, which is a good thing, but whenever a new champ released, there will be inbalance in the no mamter rank or normals (or we have to save one ban position for that new champ). I don't think this is a good thing for the game environment.

better to have op champ released and eveyrone play it then to have weak champ released then nobody ever plays it again. then it gets buffs and nobody still plays it because their first impression of it was that it sucked. Then after even more buffs it becomes insanely broken and people like you complain "omG hOw Did ThIS eVEr HapPEN?! RiOT CaNt BalAncE!"

Hey overall winrate is still pretty garbage at 46%. (Even though she's actually pretty strong.)

Chinese cashshop mentality,

Release it broken. People buy it. Nerf it to ground.

Most new champs actually release on the weaker side, and get buffs hotfixed in. Morde is an exception, not the rule.

It's better to have a champion come out strong for a variety of reasons. It encourages people to spend money to get their hands on a new champion so they can have fun with something that's a bit overtuned. People will play a strong champion more, so the devs get more data they can use to make better decisions about how to bring them into balance that's fair for everybody. It keeps people engaged with League and encourages people to jump in and try what's new instead of playing what they always have.

Kayn was pretty trash on release and never got any reactions.
