IN game client inputs dont work

I need some help. Been playing for like 7 years and never had this. With the new patch that i downloaded today (2/9/2018) once I get into a game my mouse and keyboard are completely useless. The game does not recognize anything from either of them. They might as well not be plugged in. What do i do?

I have the same exact issue. Did you ever fix it? I haven't played in two days thanks to this and I can't find a way to configure the game settings whilst in the client.
