New ranked concept

As we all already know, there is a fairly large of players discussing the new dynamic system and their opinions on it.

If riot is so bent over hell to adding this new system, lets just metaphorically re-arrange the ranked system so everyone has the best of both worlds.

Why do we not just transition to a more-dota like ranked system?

We could have a pure solo que where you can only que by yourself. and then we could have a 'team-based' que where you can que with 2-5 people?

Your Solo que would be your "Solo Rank" where you can show off your skills completely solo, While 'Team-based', everyone would have their own individual rank but still play in a ranked teams fashion
