I don't imagine Caitlyn or Vi will be especially popular bans even with ten bans.

Somewhat frequent bans, yes (especially Vi), but nowhere near 100%.

10 bans will be later in the year as they are still trying to stabilize the new client. We won't have them till sometime after the new client is OUT of Beta.
