Is my MMR permanently screwed by a loss streak?

So I am a support main who plays enchanters primarily, I started playing the game only a few months ago and didn't hit level 30 until preseason.

Anyways, starting season 9, it was great, my win rate was slightly above 53%, and I climbed from around iron 2 to bronze 1 without much effort. I gained about twice as much LP winning than I lost losing. Then I started playing too often, and struggled, I dropped down to Bronze 2, and as I expected my LP gains decreased and LP loss increased as time went by.

After really stopping, and deciding to really play better and stop doing stupid things like try to make trades with brand when playing with Janna, I have gotten sooo much better in the last several games, my KDA went really high, vision score, roam dominance, practically every stat went high than before and ive been winning lane against more aggresive supports like brand and pyke with champs like Janna.

But, I am still losing games due to individual players on my team, not always intentional, but factors which I don't control, like the enemy garen getting fed toplane and carrying the enemy team. Ive dropped down to Bronze 3 now.

Overall, I am happy with my performance, ive wone lane more often in my games, even the recent ones I keep losing, and I feel that if I climb back to wear I was before, I will be absolute prepared for what is up ahead.

So my question is, is my MMR messed up completely, I am not gaining as much LP as before and Im trying to climb back up, and have been doing great so far, getting A's or high in all my games, including ones I lost. Its frustrating, I feel like I am being matched up with less skilled players.
