Luden's Echo on Twisted Treeline

Luden's Echo is a new item that is built from a Needlessly Large Rod and an Aether Wisp. The issue is that Needlessly Large Rod is not an item available in Twisted Treeline. You can purchase the item for the full value and you can buy the Aether Wisp, but you are not able to buy the Needlessly large rod as a component.

I saw this as well last night when i was playing ranked 3's. You can currently purchase a full Luden's Echo item 3285 and Aether wisp item 3113 but not a Needlessly Large Rod item 1058 .
