Learning to Play AD Carry

So, to help benefit my team. It's best for the group that I move from Jungle to AD Carry. However AD Carry is hands down my worst position. Are there any tips or tricks to farming, trading in lane, focus, or team fights that I can get help with. I'm okay when I focus on each aspect individually but when I try to do all of these tasks together it gets overwhelming and everything is accomplished at a mediocre level. Any advice?
