Extra XP for people who go solo que in positions most highly needed in Team Builder would create more balance for teams. It would encourage people to try positions they may not normally. Mid and Top are most commonly first to be claimed. Maybe it could balance out the number of people going into que for each position?

I'd just get rich troll picking support bot while actually picking the champ I want to play like I already do to get insta queue.
