Suggestion for the set Rune pages (hopefully a Riot employee will see it)

I'm gonna set one thing straight first. I like the new rune system. It adds a lot of unique ways to build for champs.

The one thing I don't like is that we aren't allowed to adjust the 5 free rune pages. I would love it if I could adjust the 6 skills you get from the primary and secondary traits. My suggestion to Riot is to leave the primary and secondary traits locked, but allow us to adjust which of the skills in each tree we used. I know that I can use purchase more rune pages, but what's the point of having those rune pages if I won't even use them.

I appreciate the dev team for putting the rune pages together as a way to introduce us to the runes, but I would like to use my own ideas for the rune pages.
