It's insanely powerful because it Ghosts... Can't tell you how many times I hate some ally on my team block my run path and put me just inside or outside of a chase kill/escape because I'm competing for pixel space, or how many champs that could dramatically affect if they only cast aoe skills (aoe skills don't proc minion aggro, so you can ghost right through them)
