Getting queued with people in placements

So, let me get this straight: as a player who is placed, I cannot queue with an individual playing their placements ? (so it seems anyway, I tried to queue with two friends who haven't played in a season or two and was unable to) - yet, I get stuck playing games with individuals in placements who just die repeatedly. 0/14, 0/12, etc

Sick MM system Rito. You can presume that there are really only problems at high ELO, but you are just being delusional. Dynamic queue and the new MM did not improve the game for the majority of your player base aka silver players, as you seem to claim.
