I went against a with 5 and with the ability to stack +15% healing and shield power over and over on a JANNA she was able to keep an op shield on their adc nonstop. PLEASE riot dont let this be aloud anymore.

If she builds that, target her. Play it similarly to a Soraka support lane, switch focus from the ADC to the support when possible and it won't be a problem.

Building 5 item 3504 means: -No bonus health -No resistances -Relatively small amount of AP

I think it is ridiculous too, it's cool that you can choose to build and prioritize massive healing but it gets a little out of hand at a certain point. Still, it's unreliable and not viable to build that in a game so you just have to capitalize on it. :-)
