Dear rito, I'm not much of a forum poster my self but, there seems to be a huge problem in league, Zoe. Her impact to this game has been interesting to say the least, she truly needs to be fixed. I don't think I need to further explain this topic. I have linked a petition where their are like minded individuals like me, and I hope you will see this.

Just because counterplay exists to a champion, does not mean said champions isnt complain cancer to play against.

Winrate is meaningless. Plenty of low winrate champs (ryze, zoe, akali, etc) are still insanely strong in high elo/competitive. For champs with high skill floors and high skill caps, you need to balance them around the best players or said champions will run rampant in high elo/competitive.

Heimer was meta for literally one patch ever (he has since faded back into obscurity). Zoe has been meta for every patch since her conception, besides the one patch she got gutted. Also i know heimer is cancer to play against, but do you see constant frontpage posts about heimer being cancer? No, you dont, you see it about Zoe because every aspect of hit kit is frustrating to play against (RNG summs/active, multiple undodgeable damage souces, one-shots, instadeath cc, etc). Heimers cancer because people dont understand how to play against him and just chain int into him. Against heimer (as a tank/bruiser) play passive, get mercs + spectres/hexdrinker and you win lane from that point, as a mage or ranged champ, focus his turrets down as heimer is nothing early on without his turrets.

Shes not cancer to play against. She presses R? Hit her start point with AoE/CC. Free kill.

She tries to run it down mid to grab her minion drops, hit her with spells and win a free trade.

The overall Zoe QQ does not come from competitive plays. People aren't whining that Zoe destroys the LCS. They are whining about the average soloQ Zoe, which is not overperforming by any means.

People arent even necessarily complaining that shes strong or unbeatable or anything, just that it feels exceedingly unfair to play against. Meddler even agrees with this since theyre going to be doing work on her to fix this.

This petition is literally a joke, its by Vandiril and he already stated this. On top of that, Meddler already said theyre going to be doing work on Zoe. Might wanna actually do any for of research or thinking at all before making a post like this.

I do Ban rate doesn't change the win rate when the pick rate is already high, and zoe's ban rate is no where high, it's around 30%

if she had 0% ban rate her sample wouldn't change because the sample himself is already high, increasing it won't increase the win rate from 45% to 50% or higher

reducing the ban rate to increase the pick rate further won't change the win rate

I like how people complain so much about zoe. when champions like Zed, Talon, leblanc, yasou and so man other mids literally just blow her the hell up .. with out any effort

its like -.- least with zoe if I dodge skill shots i'm fine.. the others are literally point click..

Interesting that two of those champions you mention were made by the same dev - CertainlyT (as in Certain True Damage). Do you see a connection between the champions he built and the number of complaints about certain champs when one or two items become strong? Hmmm.... Zoe Yasuo Warwick Darius Kalista Akali Graves Caitlyn

Methinks there is a connection between certain champion designs and the difficulty in balancing those champions after he has worked on them. Maybe...

Post-script: it is alleged that Zed was co-designed by CertainlyT with Shamizul - can't confirm that though...

Maybe:

Drop the range on the Q. Or reduce the damage connection with the distance it travels.
Reduce the size of the sleep.
Put a larger pause before the sleep area becomes active.
