I get autofilled as support and adc a lot, i dont play adc nor support so i just dodge or play jungle anyways.....im posting this from fresh made acc so i dont get banned for trolling whenever i get support ( every 2nd or 3rd game)......i´ve came up with a perfect solution....Riot: please make autofill so it can be disabled....if you just want to wait longer to play the role you actually want to play, not a role you are forced to play......sorry for being toxic by trolling, i dont actually want to lose my team the game i want to end the game ASAP, because i dont enjoy playing ADC or support and this makes me hate league.....thank you for understanding.

I'm curious if anyone else is experiencing what I am. I'm High bronze/ low silver, and I get autofilled every third game. I am protected for two games, and then the third, after at least twenty minutes of queue dodges, and getting my requested roles, I get support because everyone else has already got support and dodged. EVERY THIRD GAME? Can you at least make it happen less often or something?

Now if you could play support in a normal, could you then play protected in a ranked game? I guess one game of normals is 40 minutes that you could be spending in ranked, but you would at least be getting your preferred roles and save elo.

Beeing able to set Autofill to OPTIONAL is basically removing autofill. If people wanted to autofill they'd just pick "FILL" instead.

Autofill is there to shorten queues for everyone, not only for yourself...

Plus autofill is disabled after you've already been autofilled recently, when you've played as "Fill" or "Support" recently, or when you are in promos. So I don't really mind getting autofilled. (Then again I'm in Silver and I don't even play Ranked anymore, add to that I'm a Mid/Support main, so I never run into Autofill)

You have a good point, but it would be great if there would be some way to play your primary role a little bit more than support.....

i can understand autofill in ranked at some hours of the day but what where riot smoking when they thaught of autofill in normals. Udyr

please, please, make autofill optional. despite what nub lux says, it's not disabled after recent autofill - i've pretty much been on autofill all night tonight.

i'd rather wait the extra few minutes for a role i want to play than be forced to play a role i don't want to, or dodge (which is a few minutes penalty).

just make it optional. it's a simple solution. some of us will wait longer rather than be subjected to blind pick.

wait. autofill in ranked? i just got bit by this. really? seriously, there should be no autofill for ranked. wow. ranked should never have autofill, imho. wait for your role.

Autofill has got to be one of the worst ideas that has come to league so far. I get that sometimes queue times are long, but to put me in a role that I don't know in the sake of time doesn't make any sense to me. Thanks rito for saving me a minute in queue just to waste 40 minutes in a game of league where I have absolutely no fun and want to just afk. But I can't because I will get banned. So how about I will just dodge, NOPE! The queue penalties are enough to make me log off of league to go play something else. Autofill should never be forced onto someone because all it does is ruin my game and most likely will ruin the rest of my teams game as well.

I think my only problem with being autofilled is when I don't trust my team to carry. Then I want a more damage oriented role. Playing support really doesn't take that long to learn. The only time I really don't like autofill is when I get assigned adc, and even then I just pick a "farm to lategame" kinda champ. I only play silver though, so idk this might have too much to do with it.
