Yorick's E (omen of famine)

Yorick's E is a cool move but I feel like he has so much the harass from his other minions that he doesn't need one that is a single target ability that does on hit damage and more damage as it hits you AND also lifesteals for him. So what I think should happen is that instead of him lifestealing with his E, it stores all of the health it took from what it was hitting and drops it as a health pack (kind of like Bard's caretaker's shrine but it does damage) so anyone on the team can take it. This turns Yorick's E from a harassing damage move into more of a utility move, he has his Q which is good for damage already plus it gives you move speed so you can all in if you combine it with your W so you can do that while you use your E on minions to farm while you attack the enemy and when your done you get the health it got from farming. Just an idea
