How am i supposed to climb when I have people that don't even know how to play the game on my team, fix this shit. Im tired of playing with absolute idiots.

The way that has been expressed sort of puts the cart before the horse: 'climbing' is -- or should be -- the result of an idiot differential.

The author claims to see the idiocy around them (and presumably doesn't enact those sights) and furthermore would prefer an environment where fresh new idiocy is not yet recognized...

look I'm sorry but if you cant climb out of bronze, you deserve to be there. it's that simple. If you play hundreds of games in bronze and are still stuck in bronze, you're there because that's where you belong. You say your team holds you back and that they always feed and troll. That's a garbage argument and I'll explain why - You're absolutely right. You're in bronze, your team mates are stupid. They don't know what they're doing. However, you're not playing against a bunch of silvers, golds, or plats. You're playing against bronzies too. The enemy team is just as bad as your team. Everything is averaged out. Therefore, if you are above the average for your division, you will climb. The enemy team is every bit as likely to have feeders and trollers as your team. In fact, if you can guarantee that you won't feed or troll, the enemy team is MORE LIKELY to have feeders or trollers because they have 5 chances to get a feeder or troll versus your 4 chances.

tldr; So basically, yes, your team is bad, but the enemy team is equally as bad and therefore if you were above average for your division you would climb over time regardless of how bad your team is.
