Is there a 3 minute delay in custom games?

I want to run tryouts for my team in custom matches and don't want to deal with a 3 minute delay is there any way around the delay or no. TY

Unless you're in the team or behind your teammates' computers I'm afraid you can't

You can have spectators if you get set up before the game starts in the lobby.

Nvm. That probably still has the 3 min delay. Why tho.
