English is not my first language so i want to apoligize for my bad english before i start. Well this is what i have to say, I play lol since shen came as a new Champ out. Yorick is or was my Main. The old Yorick was nice and easy. Lane Domination in early phase of the game against every champion, manamune was the first real Item because yorick was a Mana Junky and after that, you had to adapt the items to the situation /Champions. Pre Rework Yorick against Teemo ? No Problem summing ghuls to destroy the mushrooms and because of the " Red Ghul does AP dmg the more Ad dmg i have" Teemo was fucked. Jayce ? No Problem, Summoning ghuls to protect me from hes range dmg and at the same time do damage to him with my ghuls. Pantheon ? No Problem, Darius ? No Problem, there was no one who could Dominate MY lane except me ^^. The problem with Yorick was in Late game, he had no stun, a ( not good enough slow) nothing to Hold the enemy. Ahri, lux, jax, tris and other champion could just run, sprint, jump away. ( lux with her "hold" skill) Yoricks dmg was ..."okay" it was nothing that a patch could not fix. The Yorick mechanics now are boring and awfull. Why ?
I NEED and with need i mean NEED the ghuls to be a treath to the enemy, my ghuls die with 1 hit, the hitbox of my Slow is a joke and the slow itself is almost nothing. The amount of dmg potential that i could do is nothing against a jax, darius, pantheon, xin. Its not just hes mechanics its he´s overall dmg and slow everything is.... less. And yes Yorick is a splittpusher and good in teamfights but when it comes to laning phase i lose almost everytime. Pantheon has range dmg, jayce, teemo, even yasou, darius just pulls me and then kills me because i bleed to death. I feel like i play with only one arm when i play with yorick if u know what i mean. Its unfair when you compare yorick with other Toplane champs.
So Thank you Riot for destroying Yorick but creating champions like Yasou or zed. No mana champs are favored here which sucks. I am right now Bronze 3. i play Alone so 4 potential feeders ( i play support in ranked with taric and i have the blue or pink medal thing, so i know what i am doing ) , just because you are Gold doesn´t mean that everything what you say is right, i mean you guys push your egos with a rank status in lol? How about living alone in a apartment, paying your bills or buying toilet paper ^^ ? We should help each other insted of that toxic behavior. So if you know it better then prove it. Help us, tell us your Build give us tips.
