Want to know what exactly "Elo Hell" is?

People that loses games and blames their teammates would usually say that they're stuck in "Elo Hell". No, that is just an excuse people use to cover up that they just couldn't carry their team because they're not good enough. My definition of "Elo Hell" is that, when your mmr is so screwed up, you would gain less LP and lose more LP. I'd win 3 games in a row and all gains 15-16 LP, then lose one game, and would take away 22 LP LOL, which basically is half of my LP wallet. So if I continue to lose one and win one, I wouldn't make any profit at all, unless if I win 2 games constantly, which would profit me 8 LP. If Riot can't fix that part where duo'ing with a partner that is one tier lower then you will screw your mmr up, they shouldn't allow us to duo with one tier difference at all. It's like a BIG WALL you have to climb over and not give up, until your mmr goes up again to where you're suppose to be at, but that could take awhile. I had it once before, which was the time when I tilted so hard from Plat 3 to Plat 5, then my mmr is just straight up trash. And now I have to climb another BIG WALL again... Please fix this mmr screw up thingy.
