how riot can improve que time in ranked and other game modes

riot needs to make it so people get rewarded for going support and doing well (since no one wants a bad support or someone who goes support and causes problems) here are a few easy ways for riot to do so. 1: double the amount of IP a support gets upon getting an a- or higher in a match, this will encourage people who want to get new champs to play support more often.

2: increase the amount of ranked points gained by a support upon winning a match and getting a b or higher rank in the match so they can get higher ranked faster.

Interesting concept in idea number two I'll admit. However, as a support I've been burned time and time again my weak adc players. We're not in a good spot and it will be awhile before riot takes a look at us a a whole. Till then me and my fellow supports will keep leaving the game entirely as all the fun of the role is gone.
