Riot PLEASE make this a thing for new champions in ranked.

Now I know most of the time new champs get banned BUT when they don't they get played. There should be something where for the first week or two you can not pick a champion that came out A DAY AGO in ranked. Like. Why do people even think that a good idea. its frustrating. thank is all.
