Greetings league players. I got the nightbringer Yasuo skin from the twitch prime box and want to purchase him. I only have about 2k shards and i am level 35 and was wondering how to get more blue essenc quickly. Thanks in advance should be an easy question to answer.

But surely if you spam the game, you level up faster than someone who plays casually. Levelling up gives champion capsules which you can disenchant or sometimes they straight up give you BE

Pxerkza1 votesyes technically if you spam the game a lot you will still gain a lot but it's slower than before since it's more of a gamble now
if you have very few champions what i suggest is buying the random shards from events and from the shop as they are way more cost effective that is ofcourse if you don't care about the champions you get
when you needed IP it would take around 2 weeks of 5 games a day to get a 6300 ip champion now it takes around the same if you play 2-3 games a day or if you get lucky with a shard 2-3 days

I don't really understand your point but even if its slower now to gain BE than it was before its still more BE income in the long term if you spam than if you play a couple games a day. If you play casually the only real income you're getting is for first win of the day and then occasionally from levelling up. If you spam, you get First Win, faster levelling up rewards, honor rewards faster as well because if you're playing lots, you conplete honor stages faster which unlocks keys for chests (which may contain a champ u want or BE). In addition playing a few games a day gives a small window to hpw many games you can win for that day. For example, if you play casually and you played like 3 games in a day compared to someone who spams and plays 20, the spammer is more likely to have won more games. Winning more games gives more xp which helps level up faster and get BE.
I'm sorry I didn't really understand your point and sorry if I just sound like a broken record but I really do feel you're gonna generate a lot more BE income in a year if you're a spammer than if you're only playing a few.

Blue essence was called IP back then before the new update

You are 100% going to get at least 960 BE (because it never gives anything below 4800 BE champs) with the most you can gain is 1260 BE.
Do this over the BE option because the random Champion shard is cheaper so you get to use it more often for the same (or more) BE.
Lapis1 votesI don't think there is an effective way to farm it, other than just by playing the game. You get more experience by winning than losing, so try your best! You probably know this already, but in case you don't, i'll go over the way to get BE. Every time you level up you get a champion capsule, and that capsule has champion shards inside. Disenchant these to get blue essence. Also, make sure to get first win of the day every day! You get experience and a bit of blue essence every time you complete it
