Ezreal e Rework

I Really think ezreal e needs to be changed just cause ap ezreal is in meta now and is quite strong so ive come up with an neat rework for his e.So every play vayne and ur full build half health and u ult q and then he randomly es?Ever ulted as ren with half health and ulted and then get ap ez ed? ever juked all of ezreals abilities and then he es u when ur half and ur dead?Well i got a solution!All you need to do is after u use the tele make it be a skillshot not a automatic hit u know the little spark after his e tele cause then you actually have a chance at half health late game to completely outplay him. i really think this would be awsome as it would bring alot more counterplay to league of legends.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pSoJKA7iy7k look at 1:07-1:16 it does the math on his e and when u see that dmg AUTOMATICLY TARGET YOU its a little bit bs when u juked everything else it gets very annoying and stupid
