Sandbox Mode

I think we should have a sandbox mode to try new things right away like jsut go into a custom game and if you want to try braum sated devourer you just start at lvl 18 with free items to buy and thats it just for the fun of it it wouldnt be that hard to make a gamemode only for custom in which everything is free*[zombie-brand-mindblown]* [zombie-nunu-bummed]
