New champion selection

Hello guys, writing from Peru because I have an idea that could help a lot in the selection of champions.I mean that in the same way that we can ban champions, a decision that takes the first summoner, why not add a system involving the whole team to take the decision to remove a summoner of the selection of champions .They are 5 per team, give them the opportunity to the team about 20 or 10 seconds to give check or cross to his teammates, check if they agree to play with the summoner, or cross if they wanted to return to the queue and not play with the summoner. The system only works if 3 or more summoner's will put the cross at the same summoner. In this way we can have a method that also help register the troll's, AFK's, and help the environment selection champions less toxic, once selected check or cross automatically you are accommodating in the queue, or enjoying a friendly atmosphere in the selection of champions, as from the outset, you engage with others Summoner's to agree belong to the same team.
