Fizz is still super frustrating to see

Fizz is still out of control and its near impossible to handle him unless you mystically pick the perfect counter to him. I hate being 3rd pick just to blindly go into a fizz and no matter what happens he gets crazy fed. Sometimes I will be aware hes in the game and pick something against him someone else will feed him beyond reason. You can build him literally anything except MAYBE ADC and he will carry the game on his own. This stupid champion ruins all my games and is the most frustrating thing I ever have to face. How is a champion with a 5 second cd on his basic ability that making him untaretable by anything that isn't ignite or poison AND burst damage to 100-0 you while he's building full tank even allowed? Also why does his trickster have a slow on it? It's strong enough to half health you why does fizz need a slow on that broken ability. In addition to all that WHY IN GODS NAME DOES HIS ULT ADD BONUS DAMAGE WHEN HE CAN OBLITERATE ANYONE ANYWAY AND HAVE A CRAZY STRONG SLOW ON IT? You can literally not escape him you can't hug turret, you can't fight him, and unless you have enough damage to kill him and are tank enough to survive his ridiculous burst he will be running the game over with almost no effort. This needs to fixed. adding 1 second to his trickster at rank 5 is not going to dull him in any way.
