SO i am in silver 3 (i know i suck k?) and i played a rank game with my friend who is in silver 5. We had a jungler who played really bad.I check his profile and find out that he doesn't have any runes. Since he is unranked, enemy team has 2~3 gold player. Not saying gold is by all means stronger than silver or bronze.But how come a people has no runes can play rank?It just destroy others game experience.

And you can be a gold player with really low mmr and you can be a silver player with a high mmr you cant exactly know your mmr but op.gg is what everyone uses to check and they are usually on the spot with it.
