Riot just added bots in ARAM and normal 5v5 match.
If u see anivia, panth., or jinx in ARAM, they are probably bots (97% of the time).

Riot doesn't place bots into your games that aren't meant to have them (vs. AI, custom where you set them)... If they are bots, it's a third party program and has no affiliation with Riot.
