Bring Back Honoring Opponents Please!

There's been a lot of times where the other team I've gone against were not just awesome players in terms of skill, but awesome players because they were so chill and positive. One of my most recent games, the enemy Darius kept cheering for me as Bard whenever I dropped my ult on his Jhin, or landed a difficult Q. It's great to be chatty but I'd like to be able to go, "Hey, you know what? You were pretty awesome yourself" after the game and honor them. Sometimes, I like the enemy team more than my own, especially when they recognize toxic behavior. So yeah, I just wanna give that gold star back to the opposing team.

Riot has already answered this before in one of their ask riot segments. Basically, since they didn't originally build this feature into the new client, it would be MUCH harder to add it now, on top of the current reporting system.
