Obtaining Chests

At my profile tab it appears that I have 4 Hextech Chests available and they don't appear in my materials tab. How can I use them? Can you also tell me what grades do I have to achieve in order to win chests. And can I obtain keys only random?

It means you have 4 chests available to earn. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/site/2016-season-update/champion-mastery.html

you need to get an s rank on a champion to actually get a chest. and its only one chest for a champion per season. so if youve unlocked a chest with a particulart champ you have to switch to another champ for the next chest.
