I think it's a little overboard to nerf a champion just because it's popular and "strong" not op STRONG. I don't think just because a champion performs well it should be nerfed. While on the other hand champions with the perfect kit like leblanc need a huge rework. Anyhow I think the nerf was a bit overboard considering he was nerfed the patch before and then again in the next patch.
