what do i have to do to get a good team

well lately I have been doing good in team fights conversations my scores have improved I been picking better fights but one thing has not changed solo queue ranked silver division 4 I cant get out of it I keep getting some teammates that just isn't up to there positions. I made it to silver 3 before but....due to the lack of team work in a lot of games got demoted back to silver 4 I cannot move up in rank it seems.

can I get advice on ways to move up in rank how to carry inexperienced players I mean am not the best at but I have gotten a lot better in my ways of playing and I am still in the same division and find no way out just need some advice do I really need to build or try to find a 5 man team would love any type of help thanks.

If you're truly better than your teammates statistically, you're going to move up it just may take many, many games. The better you are, the quicker you'll move up. Even bad teammates can seem like good ones if you take up a leadership role but not be too pushy. You can play champs that can babysit such as early ganking junglers, global ulti champions, or just run teleport. It's more than just winning your lane, it is winning everyone elses too.

Theres a special tactic made for people to get good teams in ranked. It goes like that: Play 5 games. If you dont get one good team in those games, play 5 more. Repeat until you get a good team. Sadly, thats how the elo system with 4 strangers on your team works lol.
