Swain Small Buff

Hello, I'm a Swain lover, and i think he is not in a very good spot this meta, so let me go straight to my thoughts about buffing him :- 1- Demon Flare ( The second Part of His ultimate ability. ) should be cast automatically Upon death, Swain suffers against constant CC, and sometimes he can't Do anything at all due to his lack of mobility too. so if it casts upon death at least he can have a bit bigger impact in team fights.

2- Reduce the cooldown of his Q ( Death's Hand ) by 1 second per rank, Kiting with Swain has become so hard, especially that his build doesn't provide too much cooldown reduction to enable him to spam Q, taking Transendance, cosmic insight and offense CDR might help a bit but that would weaken his laning phase ability to bully the laner with some nice chunks of damage.

So the change would give Swain a better kiting with slightly lower cooldown on Q, and make him more effective in team fights due to his lack of mobility and CC problems with the automatic Demon Flare Cast Upon death.
