Thresh or Fizz???

To start off: not for ranked, more to get a feel for the game with a different champ.

Thresh and Fizz both seem like great Champs to play but which one to play is the question with such limited IP. Going to be doing mostly SoloQ and little play with friends. As well leveling my account from lvl 10 to lvl 30.

All thing considered, which champion should I play and why?
