Weird Matchmaking?

Hey, hello people there. you can call it another whine' topic, but some people might experience this:

• Cant get "normal" difficulty games.
• Matches are very hard or very easy.

I play like game- two a day, and dont care much about rank (was gold 1, got demoted to silver 5 slooowly progressing up, since I dont play alot). But I can barely enjoy the game to be honest, sometimes.

I either get good teammates and bad enemies, and we ram them with score something like 23/8, Or i get very weak teammates, and well.. goes there.

I have a decent winrate - I am climbing pretty good, back to my gold 1 will be in a month-month and a half maybe, but in a last month I cant remember a single game, where I really had any equal match. i have a winstreak - system throws me to some TOTAL "newbies", which tend to report each other for no reason - I got 15 games chat block, even though I dont flame that much. I lost like 3 games in a row - now enemies are like wooooood. I remember getting 7/0 with support karthus, diving base turrets with taric, supporting with galio.... all these games were easy win. all lanes won, my lane won (I really like playing support), jungle was a god of ganks, etc.

So is this how it works? Do I really have to pick an assasin/figher/current patch OP to win/have nice competitive game? When your mid goes 0/6, its very few what you can do with a support. Same when your Ahri goes 10/2, she solely gangb**ngs enemy team - you again pretty much not needed.

Throw your suggestions and experiences here, some tips how to deal with "1x9" games and how to maybe balance your game experience, so you'll roughly get 40-60% chance to win every game, not 10/90%
