Looking for Suggestions to implement in my playstyle!

I wanna keep this as concise as possible (don't kill me cause I use big boy words). I am a Silver V player just to start off, just got demoted today because I am really bad at late game, and maybe because I was playing Riven; but I really want some advice for everyone whether you're bronze V or for some reason Challenger.

Anyways my "dream job" is to be in the LCS even if it doesn't mean that I make it to worlds, or be in a big shot team. I just want to play the game competitively until I have to retire, where I will go to college and learn coding and music. Now I just want to know tips and ideas that you may have for me that will possibly improve my skill and gameplay. I have somewhere around 2-3 years before I can be in the LCS anyway, so time isn't a big of an issue. And I'm not really afraid of rank, or losing my rank at all, so that's also check too.

But yeah, anything will help! For some specifics, I'm doing pretty well in the laning phase and the mid game; I am just not very often on point in the late game. So any advice will help me and I will try as many as I can to the fullest!

PS Don't be afraid to add me on League of Legends, I would be more than happy to talk and discuss!

Well for me, I focus on decision making rather than actual skill (if that makes any sense..I still have skill tho >_>) like

_Should I really do this 1v1? _

_Should I waste my ult to save my jungler? _

Should I run away while my ally is dying?

And I end up carrying most of the time and getting teammates fed without really doing all that much. Dodging is one thing you really gotta be good at though, also you just really gotta be aware of the enemy cooldowns and all that stuff. I try not to "outplay" people a lot since it's usually extremely risky. Just generally be smarter than them and knowing when to go in, back off and all that.

Thanks for the feedback! I really appreciate it!

I guess being sort of a Riven main, I try to ouplay as much as I can, and it works only around 50% of the time, so I see what you're saying! It's honestly not worth it!

Is there anything else you can think of? I don't mind lengthy posts or detailed thinking, I am pretty sure I can follow along!

Well outplaying people can be worth it, but just be sure you know what you're doing. Also one of the things I still struggle with, you know how when your whole team is attacking the enemy base and then the enemy minions on top or bot lane just push hard and destroy a tower? I try my best to keep EVERY lane pushed mid/late game so someone on the enemy team has to constantly clear them out while we siege.

I just had that same problem, my team wanted to teamfight so badly. But the problem was ashe was just destroying our towers bot and top. And the fact we didn't want to deal with the problem early on put us in a position where if we left our base, we were risking a loss, and they would still leave base as much as possible. The game was basically in our favor but I don't even know how to deal with split pushing like that, since I don't know how to split push like that lol.

Yea you really need to be aware of champions like ashe and kog'maw, or anyone else with high attack speed like Azir Tryndamere, and Ziggs they just destroy towers. I make this mistake all the time t_t
