Tracker's Knife is removed from the game?

Hey, so I noticed that riot was removing jungle item, Tracker's Knife, which to me sounds like a bunch of nonsense. Lee Sin, for example, will become a dead meme without this item and/or sightstone. My point is that this item or at least a different version of this item coming back with the concept of it being like a sightstone. PLEASE RITO

Just get relic shield first back and take some cs every time you go to a lane.

I love their reasoning of "It is too strong in pro play, so we are removing it for the several millions of players because a few hundred use it better".
