Another "Damage too high" complaint

Controversial opinion: No singular champion should be able to 1- or 2-shot pop any champion. No, I don't care how squishy they are. No, I don't care how much skill may or may not be involved in doing so. Riot has said before that they enjoy a comeback, but here we are, with too much burst and very little counterplay.
