Can Someone Explain How Illaoi Hasn't Been Removed For Balancing?

She not only is one of the beefiest of the juggernauts, but she has major bugs as well. I killed her tentacle, then while in it's dying animation, struck and killed me for damage = to a third of my max hp. Had a bug yesterday where she negated the knock up effect of Wukong's ultimate by simply auto attacking. These bugs are lane-breaking, and it feels like if i'm playing vs an Illaoi I will lose lane 100% of the time. (Don't say 'Just ban her lol, because my ban always goes to Yasuo, Teemo, or Darius, champions who are just as deserving of it.) Vote below if I'm just stupid or something, posted the section of replay with Wukong on support and they told me to post here because 'The Balance Team doesn't look at support tickets' which is fair, but if it's bug related I feel like they should. In short, FIX ILLLAOI!

Show us a video of the first one. For the second one, it was her W; she is unstoppable when using her W on a close target.

She's pretty broken, I have to admit. I find that you can crush her in lane and she can still win from splut pushing. Had a game recently where she went like 0-6 in lane. I camped the heck out of her as jungler. By 20 minutes we still had to send 4 people to deal with her split push because she'd easily win a 1v2, and likely win a 1v3 (and she'd last a hell of a long time in the fight, often getting 1-2 kills).

It strikes me that there is a balance concern if someone can lose that badly and still be just as unstoppable when she gets her 2 items. Yorick and Kayle are examples of other champions that can be effective while losing early game, but they're nowhere near as hard to beat.
