A "Dodge" Button

Here is what I think. If someone on your team is trolling and being a complete douche then you need to be able to leave. I mean we all had those teamates from the first second we saw them typing we knew they were gonna be annoying and trolly ingame. But there is no way to avoid this in ranked without taking an LP Hit. That is why I think they should at a "DODGE" Button. What I mean by this is it is a 4 required vote optional button that if 4 votes are voted for the players are taken out the pick screen and then the Que returns to normal. Any thoughts?
