New Champs Rule LOL

Lets all face the facts...2/3rds of the champs made by riot were from a start up made of inexperienced juvenile straight men. They have spent their time 'faking it until they make it' ALA 'Theranos'. New champs have passives to all of their abilities and passives in addition while older champs are just languishing. Riot needs to STOP making new champs until they bring all of the current roster on PAR with all of the new champs they are making.
