Balance lb passive for urf

lb is useless for an assassin in urf and most of the times i die before my passive timer procs. I recently got her in arurf and I cannot beat anyone in a 1v1 duel in mid game because my passive isn't "urfed" . Even when i duel adcs they lifesteal to full hp before i get to proc my passive.
