Kalista. Omnistone. And leesin. Let me know what you think
Kalista is already at a very low win rate. Especially because the meta doesnt allow her to fit in right now. Plus, she works very well with some champions and very badly with most others. There is a way to fix that issue. I propose that we allow kalista to ult any one of her teammates. However, if she ults a teammate that is oathsworn it is a regular cooldown on her ultimate. If she ults a person that is not oathsworn, then there is an increased cooldown on her ultimate. Incentivise using an ult on the oathsworn support. Also, the damage bonus from her w will still only apply when attacking the same person as the oathsworn. This opens her up to more gank potential, and more support options.
Omnistone changes: right now there are a lot of champions that could potentially use the omnistone. However i think that the rng for 11 keystones is a bit much when some champs can only abuse 3 or 4 with a 40 second cooldown between switching them. I suggest that, in champion select, anyone who takes omnistone can pick two main trees to focus on. That way they can have rng of 6 with less chance of recieving a keystone thag is unusable or that they cannot proc. For those who choose the blue tree as an option from omnistone, by default they would have rng of 5 because omnistone takes up one slot. To fix this issue, i think those who take blue tree should see klepto added back into the mix. This will keep all trees at 3 keystones, and focus champions a little better. (Tanks = blue / green) (ez = red / yellow)
Lastly, i understand that lee sin is a major pain to buff and nerf already. Still id like to propose this change because, why not right? Shoot your shot. I believe lee sin should be able to kick his own teammates (o dmg applied to enemies hit) at the cost of increased cooldown on his ultimate. For example, lets say thT early game lee sin ult cooldown is 80 seconds. Since he is an early game champion he relies on his ult. If he kicks a teammate his ult cooldown is now 2 times the original. There will now be a bigger risk / reward for early game. You may ask. Wont that increase trolling lee sins? As a bronze player. I am well sure that this new interesting mechanic willovershadow the hinderances.
